It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that Defendant had sent Vakalatnama signed by him appointing one Mr. Savio Vegas as his Advocate in the captioned matter with a request to endorse No Objection. Accordingly, M/s. Solomon & Co. endorsed their No Objection on the Vakalatnama.

3. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant tenders Affidavit of service proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof on the Defendant through email on 20.02.2026. The said Affidavit of service is taken on record.

4. Defendant is absent though served.

5. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.
