1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon (1) Ashok Anant Oka (son of the deceased) and (2) Swati Manohar Limaye (daughter of the deceased) and (3) Shilpa Ravi Limaye (granddaughter), by way of substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in English Newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused the Affidavit dated 4th March 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated that the Applicant / Petitioner is not aware of the whereabouts of (1) Ashok Anant Oka and (2) Swati Manohar Limaye and (3) Shilpa Ravi Limaye. personally tried to find out information and address of the said legal heirs viz. (1) Ashok Anant Oka, the son of the deceased and (2) Swati Manohar Limaye, the married daughter of the deceased and (3) Shilpa

Ravi Limaye, the married granddaughter of the deceased but could not get any information regarding the same. It is further stated that he also tried to search them on social media sites however could not trace them. It is further stated that he had made due and diligent search for getting the information and addresses of the said legal heirs but could not trace the same. The Applicant therefore requested to permit him to publish the Citation in English Newspaper in "Free Press Journal"

and in "Navshakti" in Marathi Newspaper in vernacular language i.e. Marathi.

Perused Para-9 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant /petitioner is not aware of the whereabouts of (1) Ashok Anant Oka; (2) Swati Manohar Limaye and (3) Shilpa Ravi Limaye. He further submits that the applicant had also tried to search them on social media sites however could not trace them. The Ld. Advocate for the applicant further submits that the applicant had made due and diligent search for getting the information and addresses of the said legal heirs but could not trace the same.

He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 4th March 2025 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para9 of the Petition, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz.

English Newspaper in "Free Press Journal"

and in "Navshakti" in Marathi Newspaper within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to issue fresh Citation, if required.

7. Applicant to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
