Heard. Ld Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Writ of Summons was issued by this Registry on 4th April, 2026 and therefore, they could not publish the Writ of Summons as per Order dated 6th March 2026. He, therefore, applies for extension of two weeks time to comply with the directions.
