By this preacipe dated 4th May, 2026, the Applicant / Plaintiff seeks extension of three weeks' time for publication of Writ of Summons as per the directions given in the Orders dated 6th March, 2026, and extended vide Orders dated 6th April, 2026 and 18th April, 2026.

Heard. Ld Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Writ of Summons was issued by this Registry on 4th April, 2026 and therefore, they could not publish the Writ of Summons as per Order dated 6th March 2026, and extended by subsequent Orders dated 6th April, 2026 and 18th April, 2026. He further submits that, Applicant / Plaintiff is a Society and without a Resolution of the Applicant Society, the process of paper publication cannot be undertaken. He, therefore, applies for extension of three weeks time to comply with the directions.
