Perused Affidavit of Service showing service of Chamber Order upon Advocate for Petitioner. Despite service, today none appeared on behalf of Petitioner.

Heard ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that since Advocate's mother was hospitalized, who expired on or about 1st July 2024, office objections could not be removed within stipulated time and captioned Caveat came to be rejected under O.S.Rule 986. It is further contended that delay of 300 days is caused in filing present Chamber Order which was not intentional. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that he will pursue with the caption Caveat diligently, and prays for restoration of the same by condoning delay. Reasons mentioned in Affidavit appear to be genuine. So also, the Applicant has explained delay, as above, caused in filing present Chamber Order.
