1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed thereto.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petition is filed by the Applicant for Letter of Administration for the property and credits of (1) Deceased No.1 i.e. Late Punja Ramji Bhor, the grand-father of the Petitioner (2) Deceased No.2 i.e. Late Vasant Punjaji Bhor, the father of the Petitioner rand

(3) Deceased No.3 i.e. Late Madhukar Punjaji Bhor the uncle of Petitioner. He further submits that the deceased No.3 i.e. Madhukar Punjaji Bhor is survived by two sons and a daughter as his legal heirs and as such they are entitled to file separate petition for Letter of Administration for 1/3rd undivided share of deceased No.3. He further submits that the name of Deceased No.3 is required to be deleted from the cause title of the petition, as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within four three weeks from today.
