1. By this praecipe, the Plaintiffs seeks extension of four weeks' time to serve the Writ of Summons upon the Defendant Nos. 2 and 3 by way substituted service as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs submits that the Writ of Summons was published in newspapers "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Navakal" in Marathi language. He further submits that the in order to comply with the directions as to pasting of Writ of Summons, additional two additional Writ of Summons are required. He therefore prays that additional two Writ of Summons be issued.

3. Time to comply with the order dated 27th March, 2025 is extended by four weeks' from today. Registry to issue additional two Writ of Summons to the Plaintiffs for service upon the Defendant Nos. 2 and 3. Plaintiffs to file Affidavit of Service within a week thereafter.
