1. By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks leave to amend the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petition was filed for grant of Letters of Administration with Will of the deceased No.1 and 2. She further submits that the above petition is filed for two separate Wills executed by Deceased No.1 & 2 and the Hon'ble Court vide Order dated 20.12.2024 was please to permit the petitioner to file a separate petition.

2. She therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the petitioner be permitted to amend the petition.

3. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the chamber order is allowed as per the schedule annexed to the chamber order. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
