1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Citation upon all concerned by way of substituted service as per Schedule annexed to this Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule. The Petitioner is seeking permission to publish the Citation in Newspaper in "Free Press Journal" and in "English Language" and "Gujarat Samachar" in vernacular language i.e.

"Gujarati".

Perused the Affidavit dated 18th February 2025 annexed to Chamber Order. It is stated in the said affidavit that the deceased died as issueless and widow.

The Applicant has further stated that during the lifetime of the deceased, she had never mentioned about her close relatives from her husband side and the husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. He has further stated that he is not aware of any legal heirs from the

husband side of the deceased. The Applicant therefore requested to permit him to publish the Citation in "Free Press Journal" and in "English Language" and "Gujarat Samachar" in vernacular language i.e. "Gujarati".

Perused Para. 8 of the Petition, it is mentioned and confirmed that the averment made in the Affidavit in respect of the addresses not known to the Petitioner.

Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the deceased died as issueless and widow. He further submits that during the lifetime of the deceased, she had never mentioned about her close relatives from her husband side and the husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased and the applicant is not aware of any legal heirs from the husband side of the deceased. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed.

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 18th February 2025 annexed to the Chamber order and averment made in Para 8 of the Petition, the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz.

English Newspaper in "Free Press Journal"

and in "English Language" and "Gujarat Samachar" in vernacular language i.e.

"Gujarati" within four weeks from the date of uploading the order. Office is directed to

7. Applicant to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
