By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to serve the citation upon (1) Anne Sequeira, sister in law of the deceased; (2) Anita Sequeira, Fraternal niece of the deceased; (3) Loretta Sequeira, Fraternal niece of the deceased, by way of substituted service as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the schedule. The Applicant applies for publication of citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Perused the affidavit in support. The Applicant has stated in the affidavit that, the pursuant to the direction the citation is required to be served upon the legal heirs viz. (1) Anne Sequeira;

(2) Anita Sequeira; (3) Loretta Sequeira and to all concerned whose whereabouts and addresses are not known to the Applicant i.e. Maxie Albert Sequeira. It is further stated that, he had made extensive inquiry about the said legal heirs with friends and relatives and their whereabouts but not avail. The Applicant, therefore, requested to permit him to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in

"Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai.

Heard. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the pursuant to the direction the citation is required to be served upon the legal heirs viz. (1) Anne Sequeira; (2) Anita Sequeira; (3) Loretta Sequeira and to all concerned whose whereabouts and addresses are not known to the Applicant i.e. Maxie Albert Sequeira. He further submits that, he had made extensive inquiry about the said legal heirs with friends and relatives and their whereabouts but not avail. He further submits that, the parents and brother of the deceased predeceased the deceased and deceased died as bachelor and had no son and daughter. He, therefore, prays that, the Chamber Order be allowed.

Perused para 4 of the Petition. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Free Press Journal" in English Language and in "Navshakti" in vernacular language i.e. Marathi, widely circulated in Mumbai, by way of substituted service of citation upon

(1) Anne Sequeira; (2) Anita Sequeira; (3) Loretta Sequeira and ALL CONCERNED legal heirs of the deceased within four weeks from the date of uploading this Order. Applicant to file the affidavit of publication once the citation is published within two weeks thereafter.
