Mr. Sahil Salvi i/b Vikas Salvi and Assocs., Advocate Erstwhile Advocate for the Plaintiff. P.C.:

1. This Chamber Order is filed by the Plaintiff for discharge of their Advocates M/s Vikas Salvi and Associates as Advocate for the Plaintiff in Suit No. 403 of 2013. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order that somewhere in the year 2022, the Plaintiff Company underwent Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP).

Subsequently, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, vide its order dated 20.07.2023, approved the Resolution Plan and submitted the Consortium of Yogayatan Ports Private Limited and Dr. Rajendra Raja Bali Singh. Accordingly, the management of the Plaintiff Company has now been taken over by the said Consortium. Upon acceptance of the resolution of the aforesaid plan, the present Management of the Plaintiff Company being desirous in continuing with the prosecution of the above Suit vide their letter dated 25.09.2025 addressed to the erstwhile Advocates, requesting them to grant their 'No Objection' for enabling the Plaintiff to appoint Advocates M/s. Kartikeya and Associates in the aforesaid Suit. The said letter is duly received by the erstwhile

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Advocates on 29.09.2025. However, the said Advocates have not given their No Objection in favour of Advocaes M/s. Kartikeya and Associates. In view thereof, the present Chamber Order is taken out for discharge of erstwhile Advocates M/s. Vikas Salvi and Associates.

2. The Ld. Advocate appearing for erstwhile Advocates has no objection for granting the discharge application.

3. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Affidavit of service dated 24.03.2026. The same is taken on record.

4. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates M/s. Vikas Salvi and Associates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Plaintiff in Suit No. 403 of 2013. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Vikas Salvi and Associates as Advocates for Plaintiff in Suit No. 403 of 2013 5.

Chamber Order is disposed of accordingly.
