It is stated in the Affidavit in support that Defendant No. 5 failed to provide instructions in the matter despite sending Notice dated 03.03.2025.

Defendant No. 5 was also informed to appoint another lawyer to handle the captioned matter.

2. The Ld. Advocate for Defendant No. 5 tenders Affidavit dated 13.10.2025 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof to Defendant No. 5 through email dated 02.10.2025. The same is taken on record.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed.

Advocate Ashwin Shanker is hereby discharged as Advocate for Defendant No. 5.
