By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, since Shri Shyam Mohan Vallury is the only surviving person. She further submits that, his name is to be substituted as a Petitioner. She, therefore, prays that, the Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed.
