Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Plaintiff has complied with the Order partly in respect of the publication of Writ of Summons in two newspapers but could not comply with the direction to paste the writ of summons at the conspicuous part of the last known address of the Defendant No. 2. 3.

Time to comply with the direction is extended by four weeks from today and Applicant is directed to file affidavit of service within four weeks from today.
