Heard ld. Advocate for the Applicant. Perused Affidavit of the Applicant. It is contended therein that the Petitioner is 60 years old and he is suffering from low vision, for which he has annexed medical documents. The Applicant, therefore, could not remove office objections within stipulated time. It is further contended that after long treatment, when the Applicant approached his Advocate, there was a delay of 341 days. Therefore, the Applicant has requested for restoration of the present Petition by condoning delay of 341 days.

Ld. Advocate for Respondent No. 4 objected to grant the present Chamber Order.

Considering grounds mentioned in the Affidavit of the Applicant, it appears that the Applicant has made out a case for restoration of captioned Petition. In view thereof, present Chamber Order is .... 2
