Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner is submitted that the Citation was sent for service upon 1(B) Savio Keith Fernandez, Nephew of the deceased, who is having address at Canada as well as Mumbai. The citation sent at his address at Canada was not returned by the Postal Authority so far though more than four months have been elapsed.

2. The Applicant/ Petitioner is directed to take steps to serve the Citation upon Savio Keith Fernandez, Nephew of the deceased at his address in Mumbai and file Additional Affidavit and Affidavit of Service within three weeks' from today.
