P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Testamentary Petition No.2532 of 2024 for Letters of Administration with Will annexed by sons of the deceased. He further submits that the deceased had executed the Will and appointed as an Executrix to the Will. He further submits that the Executrix is now willing to file a Petition for Probate of the Will of the deceased. He therefore prays that the Petitioners be permitted to convert this Petition into Petition for Probate. He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within three weeks' from from the date of uploading the order. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl. Prothonotary and Senior Master 08.04.2025
