2. The Appellant present in person. She states that due to death of Constituted Attorney, the Appellant could not contact and give proper instructions to the Advocate for Appellant. However, she is desirous to continue the advocate in the Income Tax Appeal No. 6625 of 2010.

3. In view of the above, the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant seeks leave to withdraw the Chamber Order. Accordingly, Chamber Order stands disposed of, as withdrawn.
