By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to delete the name of the Petitioner who is expired on 27th December 2024 and also carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner Anil Kisan Nikam has expired on 27th December 2024 and the Applicant be brought on record as Petitioner and also to carry out the amendment bringing the legal heirs of the deceased Petitioner on record as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and consequential amendment within four weeks from the date of upload this Order. 16.03.2026 Addl.
