By this Chamber Order the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Perused the affidavit in support. Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Petitioner No. 1 Reshma Deepak Jhangiani who is daughter-in-law of the deceased is not entitled to file the Petition. He further submits that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of the Petitioner No. 1 and add the name of Hriday Deepak Jhangiani in place of Petitioner No. 1 as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
