By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks liberty to amend the Petition as per schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of Petitioner No. 3 Vivek Dattatray Warlikar from the title of the Petition and also carry out the consequential amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

Perused the Affidavit in support. For the reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant to carry out the amendment as per the schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and consequential amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading this Order.
