1. This Chamber Order is filed by Advocates Kunal Kanungo and Atishay Jain for their discharge as Advocates for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 155 of 2024. It is stated in the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order that serious differences arose between Plaintiff No. 1 and Plaintiff No. 2 regarding the conduct of this proceeding. The Plaintiff No. 1 vide email dated 26.01.2025 requested the Advocates to issue No Objection Certificate to enable her to appoint another Advocate to appear for her in the captioned matter. Accordingly No Objection is given by the Advocates on the Vakalatnama of another Advocate of Plaintiff No.1. It is further stated that thereafter by email dated 30.08.2025, Advocates addressed email to the Plaintiff No.

2 apprising him that it will be difficult for the Advocates to continue representing him in the maters without clear instruction from his end. It is further stated that Advocates made several attempts to contact Plaintiff No.2 to obtain further instructions, but the Advocates were unable to reach him and no further instructions were received from the said Plaintiff.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs states that Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is served to both the Plaintiffs through email and tenders Affidavit of service to that effect. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocates Kunal Kanungo and Atishay Jain are hereby discharged as Advocates for Plaintiffs in Suit No. 155 of 2024. Office to delete the name of Advocates Kunal Kanungo and Atishay Jain of record of Suit No. 155 of 2024.
