1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Petitioner No.2 viz. Gururaj Parag Wadke being a Class-II legal heir of the deceased has been arrayed as Petitioner. He further submits that since the Class-I legal heirs of the deceased are available, the Applicant be permitted to delete the name of the Petitioner No. 2 from the title of the Petition, Interim Application & other proceedings and consequential amendment. He prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and Applicant be permitted to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within two weeks' from today.
