Perused the additional affidavit dated 21st February 2026 filed by the Applicant.

Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that since the Hindustan Times in English Language and Sandesh in Gujarati Language are not have any circulation at Valsad, State of Gujarat, the Applicant is unable to comply with the directions to publish the citation. She requests that, the Applicant be permitted to publish the citation in "Silvassa Mirror" in English language and "Janadesh" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati which is having circulation at Valsad in the State of Gujarat and the Order dated 29th April, 2025 be modified accordingly.

The Order dated 29th April, 2025 is modified as under: "Applicant to publish the citation in two newspapers viz. "Silvassa Mirror" in English language and "Janadesh" in vernacular language i.e. Gujarati having circulation at Valsad in the State of Gujarat within four weeks from today and file affidavit of publication within two weeks once the publication is done".
