1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to serve the Writ of Summons upon "(1) Mukesh Ramniranjan Ruja, Defendant No.6, (2) Amritlal Jawaharlal Vardhan, Defendant No.8, (3) Utsav Jain, Defendant No.9, (4) Arvind Builders, Defendant No.29, (5) Adarsh Builders, Defendant No.30, (6) Vardhman Estate, Defendant No.31 by way of substituted service as per Schedule annexed to this Chamber Order.

Perused Schedule.

The Applicant/Plaintiff is seeking permission to publish the Citation in 1) "Free Press Journal" in English language and 2) "Navbharat Times" in vernacular language (Hindi).

Perused the Affidavit dated 8th January 2025 annexed to Chamber Order.

It is stated that the Writ of Summons sent for service upon Defendant Nos. 6, 8, 9,

Contd.. ..2/- ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 29, 30 and 31 were returned unserved with a remark "address cannot be located/ not known." The Applicant has further stated that she is not aware of any other addresses of the Defendant Nos. 6, 8, 9, 29 to 31. She has therefore, prayed for to permit her to publish the Writ of Summons by way of substituted service upon the Defendant nos. 6, 8, 9, 29, 30 and 31. 1) "Free Press Journal" in English language and 2) "Navbharat Times" in vernacular language (Hindi).

For the reasons stated in Affidavit dated 8th January 2025 the Chamber Order is allowed. The Applicant is directed to publish the Writ of Summons in two newspapers viz. 1) "Free Press Journal" in English language and 2) "Navbharat Times" in vernacular language (Hindi)., within six weeks from the date of uploading the order.

5. Applicant to file Affidavit annexing therewith the newspapers within two weeks once, the publication is done.
