Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that Ld. Advocate did not attend the matter due to personal difficulty as his health was not well. Further, Petitioner was not in a position to arrange court fees within stipulated time and the Petition got rejected on 15.06.2023 under OS Rule 986. Hence, Chamber Order No. 459 of 2024 for restoration of the Petition was taken out which also got rejected due to non compliance of office objections within stipulated time. Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that he will pursue with the caption petition diligently, and prays for restoration of the same. Ld. Advocate further submits that as on date, captioned Petition is uncontested.

Reasons mentioned in Affidavit appear to be genuine. The applicant has made out case for restoration of captioned Petition. Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
