The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 06.03.2025, rejecting captioned Suit under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit of Service and submits that respondents are served with the Chamber Order. It is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit and Additional in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that the applicant had applied for official translation of documents at Chief Translator's office, however, same was not received due to which captioned Suit came to be rejected for non-compliance of office objections. It is further contended that the applicant has a good case on merits and gave prejudice will be caused to him if captioned Suit is not restored to file. Hence, it is prayed that captioned Suit may be restored to file.

Reasons put-forth in Affidavit appear to be bonafide and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical ground. Moreover, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondents to contest the present Chamber Order. Hence, considering reasons in the Affidavit, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.
