1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate Varsha Mahajan as Advocate for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2736 of 2013 on the grounds as mentioned in Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order.

2. The Petitioner present in person. He has no objection for discharge of Advocate appearing for him.

3. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner states that she has already given no objection vide letter dated 29.03.2025 to enable the Petitioner to engage another Advocate.

4. On the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately and Ms. Varsha Mahajan, Advocate for Petitioner is discharged as Advocate for the Petitioner. Office to delete the name of Advocate Ms. Varsha Mahajan as Advocate for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2736 of 2013.
