1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocates M/s. S. K. Srivastava & Co., as Advocate for the Plaintiff on the ground that the Plaintiff has handed over all the matters of Essel Group of Companies including the present Plaintiff, requesting the Plaintiff to engage another Advocate in the aforesaid Suit.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiff states that Chamber Order alongwith Affidavit in support thereof is served upon the Plaintiff by letter dated 05.04.2025 which is duly received by the Plaintiff on 07.04.2025. Affidavit of service to that effect is filed on 15.04.2025. Despite service, none present for the Plaintiff.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the Advocates, M/s. S. K. Srivastava & Co., who was appearing for the Plaintiff is hereby discharged as Advocate on behalf of the Plaintiff in Commercial Suit No. 742 of 2017. Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately.
