Bhavana Mhatre, Advocate for Applicant ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) P.C. : The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 14.02.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Perused Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order. It is contended therein that initially at the time of filing of the Petition, the Petitioner could not add details of the additional shares in the schedule of the property, because at the relevant time, the said shares were not traceable. Thereafter, Petitioner wanted to add those additional shares in the schedule of the property but amendment in total valuation of the property could not be done within stipulated time and hence, Petition got rejected. Reasons mentioned in Affidavit appear to be genuine. Also, Petitioner has removed all office objections except the objection as stated above. The applicant has made out case for restoration of captioned Petition. Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within one week from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
