The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 25.02.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant tenders Affidavit in Support, which is taken on record. Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Joint Affidavit in Support to the Chamber Order of the applicants. It is contended that office objections were voluminous and Ld. Advocate was unwell for few days due to which office objections could not be removed within given period. It is further contended that the applicants had diligently taken follow up of the matter, however, inadvertently, they failed to make application for extension of time for removal of office objections.

Accordingly, it is prayed that captioned Petition may be restored to file.

Ld. Advocate for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 objected the present Chamber Order and submitted for passing suitable orders in the matter.

Reasons putforth in the Affidavit appear to be genuine and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Moreover, no prejudice would cause to the respondents if captioned Petition is restored to file since they

The petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within four weeks from the date of uploading of order, failing Petition to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
