P.C.:

1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate, Rajnish Shrivastava who was earlier appearing for Applicant in Arbitration Application (Lodg.) Nos. 636 of 2013 and 637 of 2013.

2. The present Advocate for the Applicant states that he has filed Vakalatnama for the Applicant in Interim Application for Restoration of Arbitration Applications and the said Arbitration Applications have been restored as per order dated 9th December 2024.

3. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge on the ground that despite the Applicant tried to contact about the status of his matter, the Advocate was avoiding phone calls of the Applicant's Partner and there was communication gap between the Applicant and its Advocate. The aforesaid Arbitration Applications were dismissed for non-removal of office objections. The Applicant, therefore, had no other option but to file Interim

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) Application for restoration of Arbitration Application by engaging the present Advocate.

4. The Applicant has also lodged a complaint against the earlier Advocate before the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, which is pending.

5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Advocate, Mr. Rajnish Shrivastava, who was appearing for the Applicant/Orig. Petitioner has been discharged as Advocate on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner in Arbitration Application (Lodg.) Nos. 636 of 2013 and 637 of 2013. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mr. Rajnish Shrivastava as Advocate on behalf of the Applicant/Petitioner in Arbitration Application (Lodg.) Nos. 636 of 2013 and 637 of 2013. Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately.
