P. C. :

1. By this Praecipe the Applicant seeks permission to change the names of newspapers to publish the Citation in "Active Times" in English language and "Divya Bhaskar in Gujarati language instead of "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Gujarati Samachar" in Gujarati language, on the ground of high advertisement cost. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders an Affidavit dated 14th June, 2025 in respect of request for change of newspapers in publish in the Citation. The said Affidavit is taken on record.

2. In view of the above the order dated 8th May, 2025, stands modified to the extent that the Applicant to publish the Citation in two newspapers viz. "Active Times" in English language and "Divya Bhaskar in Gujarati language instead of "Free Press Journal" in English language and "Gujarati Samachar" in Gujarati language. The Applicant is directed to publish the Citation within four weeks from today and file Affidavit of publication within two weeks thereafter. Addl. Registrar (O.S.) / Addl.
