The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 04.04.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, in which it is contended that office objection with regard to production of Original Will and Death Certificate of the deceased could not be complied with since these documents are not in the custody of the applicant and same are in the custody of Hon'ble Court in another proceeding. Ld. Advocate submits that she will take appropriate steps to comply said office objections and prays for restoration of captioned Petition.

Grounds mentioned in the Affidavit, appear to be bonafide and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical grounds. Hence, the present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.

The petitioner to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same registered and/or numbered within eight weeks..
