The present Chamber Order is taken out by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 26.03.2025, rejecting captioned Application under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant submits that the respondent was served with the Chamber Order as per Affidavit of Service, which was filed on record. However, despite service, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondent.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support. It is contended that compliance affidavit was filed by Advocate one day prior to the stipulated time, however, endorsement of concerned Officer was remained to be obtained due to which captioned Application got rejected. Ld.

Advocate submits that she will diligently pursue with the captioned Application if it is restored to file.

Considering the grounds raised in the Affidavit, I consider to grant one opportunity to the applicant. Moreover, none appeared for and on behalf of the respondent to resist contentions putforth in the Affidavit. In view thereof, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately.

The applicant to remove office objections on the Application and get the same registered and/or numbered within a week from the date of uploading of order, failing Application to stand rejected for non-compliance of office objections under O.S.Rule 986.
