1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate K. T. Thomas, who is appearing for the Petitioner in Contempt Petition Writ (Lodg.) No. 25 of 2018, on the ground that Mr. Thomas appeared for Petitioner and now the Petitioner intends to appear in person. The Petitioner states that Chamber Order and Affidavit in support are served on Advocate, Mr. K. T. Thomas on 07.08.2025 and he has filed Affidavit of service to that effect, in the Registry on 09.07.2025.

2. Despite service, Mr. K. T. Thomas, Advocate is absent.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. Advocate, Mr. K. T. Thomas is hereby discharged as Advocate for Petitioner in Contempt Petition Writ (Lodg.) No. 25 of 2018. Office to delete the name of Advocate Mr. K. T.. Thomas as Advocate for Petitioner in the captioned matter.
