3. CHOL/242/2025 in S/1012/2016 Ms. Ipshita Sen with Hisham Abdus Salam i/b Gagrats, Advocate for the Applicants/Plaintiffs. P.C.:

1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocate M/s. Gagrats, appearing for the Plaintiffs in the above matter.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs states that by order dated 26.11.2024 passed by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Jet Airways India Limited has been liquidated under Section 60(5) & 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Mr. Satish Kumar Gupta is appointed as Liquidator for the Plaintiffs Company.

3. In view of the above, the Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs has filed the present Chamber Order for discharge as Advocate for Plaintiff's Company. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs states that Chamber Order alongwith Affidavit in support is served on the Liquidator by email dated 06.06.2025 as well as by Registered Post AD and through courier. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs has filed Affidavit of service dated 10.06.2025 proving service of Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof on the liquidator appointed by NCLT.

4. None pesent for Liquidator.

5. In view of the aforesaid fact and circumstances, the Advocate M/s. Gagrats is hereby discharged as Advocate on behalf of the Plaintiffs in the above Suit No. 1013 of 2016 and Suit No. 1012 of 2016.

6. The Ld. Advocate for the Plaintiffs undertakes to serve copy of this order to the Liquidator appointed by the NCLT, for Plaintiffs Company (in Liquidation).
