P. C. :

1. By the present Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant tenders Additional Affidavit dated 25th June, 2025 and the same is taken on record. Perused the Affidavit in Support and the Additional Affidavit. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Mrs. Manda Giridhar Sangde, widow of the deceased had filed the Petition and she had expired on 1st February, 2025. The Ld. Advocate further submits that the deceased died as issueless and there is no Class-I heir and the Applicant is the Class-II heir of the deceased i.e. brother. She, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and also be permitted to carry out the consequential amendments.

3. Considering the avernments made in the Affidavit in Support and submissions of the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order as well as the consequential amendments within two weeks' from today.
