1. By the Praecipe dated 30th July, 2025, the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant sought permission for extension of time to carry out the amendment as per order dated 26.06.2025. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant further submits that due to health issues and old age of the Petitioner, he has given Power of Attorney 11th July, 2025 in favour of Runali Govalkar to carry out amendment to the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Medical Certificate dated 7th July, 2025 issued by Dr. Kashyap Dakshini, in respect of the health issues of the Applicant / Petitioner.
