1. This Chamber Order is taken out for substituted service of Writ of Summons upon Defendant No. 14 i.e. Chairman/Secretary of Kamal Phool Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. He further submits that the summons could not be served upon the said society as the society building is under construction. He prays that the applicant be permitted to amend the Schedule to the Chamber Order, to add the substituted service by way of publication in addition to pasting.

2. The Ld. Advocates for Defendant Nos. 1, 3, 4 to 8, 10 and 11 that copy of the Chamber Order is not served upon them and the Plaintiff be directed to serve copy thereof.

3. The Plaintiff is permitted to annex fresh Schedule to the Chamber Order and also directed to file Additional Affidavit regarding substituted service on or before 17.06.2025. The Plaintiff is also directed to serve copy of Chamber Order upon Defendants.
