P. C. : 1. The present Chamber Order is taken out to delete Sr. No. 2 from the Schedule - I as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. Perused the Chamber Order and Affidavit in support dated 01.04.2025 annexed to the Chamber Order.

3. Heard. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is aged about 82 years and not keeping good health and at present she is bedridden and undergoing the medical treatment. He further submits that the Applicant/Petitioner does not wish to opened aforesaid Locker in view of her present condition. He, therefore, prays that the Applicant be permitted to amend the Schedule - I to the Petition as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and the re-verification is dispensed with.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit in support the Chamber Order is granted. The amendments as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order to be carried ...2/-
