P. C. :

1. By this Chamber Order, Petitioner No. 1 seeks amendment to the Petition by deleting the name of Petitioner No. 2 as per the Schedule of amendment. It appears from the Chamber Order that the Schedule of amendment requires specific averments and also the petitioner No. 2 did not report her consent to delete her name as Petitioner No. 2.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Applicant be permitted to annex fresh Schedule of amendment to the Chamber Order and also no objection from the Petitioner No. 2.

3. The applicant is permitted to annex fresh schedule of amendment as well as to file an Affidavit from the petitioner No. 2 in respect of her consent to delete her name within a week from today.
