P. C. :

1. By the present Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Mr. Pradeep Vishnu Borkar, Petitioner has died on 19th July, 2024 and as per the Order amendment was allowed. The Applicant has further stated that his mother Smt. Pooja Pradeep Borkar had also died on 22nd December, 2024. He has further stated that after her death the Applicants are the surviving legal heirs of Pradeep Vishnu Borkar. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and also be permitted to carry out the consequential amendments.

3. Considering the avernments made in the Affidavit in Support and submissions of the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order as well as the consequential amendments within four weeks' from today.
