P. C. :

1. By the present Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks permission to amend the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that Mr. Bhuprendra Mohanlal Padia, Petitioner No.1 has expired on 27th January, 2025. He further submits that the legal heirs of Petitioner No.1 is required to be brought on record. He, therefore, prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and also be permitted to carry out the consequential amendments.

3. Considering the avernments made in the Affidavit in Support and submissions of the Ld. Advocate for the Applicant, the Chamber Order is allowed. Applicant is directed to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order as well as the consequential amendments within three weeks' from today.
