The present Chamber Order is taken out by the Applicant to carry out the amendment in Column-'J' of the Execution Application No.3453 of 2024, as per Schedule annexed to Chamber Order.

Perused Affidavit dated 25th April, 2025 annexed to the Chamber Order. The said Affidavit is signed by Authorised Signatory of the Applicant. The Chamber Order has been served upon the Advocate for the Respondent. It is stated that an attempt was made to serve Notice No. 199 of 2025 under Order XXI Rule 22 CPC 1908 upon Respondent at the address mentioned in the said Execution Application but the same could be served as the brother Mahesh Ahuja i.e. brother of the Respondent was carrying on his business who declined to accept service of the above mentioned Notice on behalf of the Respondent. A copy of the Bailiff report dated 28/01/2025 in Notice No. 199 of 2025 is hereto annexed at Exhibit "1" to the Affidavit in Support.

Chamber Order dated 25th April, 2025 annexed to the Chamber Order, the present Chamber Order is granted. 4.

Amendment and consequential amendment are to be carried out, as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order, within period of three weeks from the date of uploading the order.
