1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocates M/s. Singhania Legal Services, as Advocates for Defendant No. 5 on the ground that no instructions or response has been received from Defendant No. 5. Notice dated 17.03.2025 addressed to Defendant No. 5 regarding withdrawal of Vakalatnama is annexed as Exhibit - 'A' to the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order.

2. The Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is duly served upon Defendant No. 5 on 24.06.2025. Affidavit of service to that effect is filed on 26.06.2025. Despite service, none present for Defendant No. 5.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. M/s. Singhania Legal Services, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant No. 5 in Commercial Suit No. 271 of 2022. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Singhania Legal Services as Advocates for Defendant No. 5 in Commercial Suit No. 271 of 2022.
