1. The present Chamber Order is filed for discharge of Advocates M/s. Singhania Legal Services, as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 7, 8 and 10 on the ground that no instructions or response have been received from Defendant Nos. 1, 8 and 10. Notice dated 17.03.2025 addressed to Defendant Nos. 1, 8 and 10 regarding withdrawal of Vakalatnama is annexed as Exhibit - 'A' to the Affidavit in support of Chamber Order.

2. The Chamber Order and Affidavit in support thereof is duly served upon Defendant Nos. 1, 8 and 10 on 24.06.2025.

Affidavit of service to that effect is filed on 26.06.2025. Despite service, none present for Defendant Nos. 1, 8 and 10.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, Chamber Order is allowed and signed separately. M/s. Singhania Legal Services, Advocates are hereby discharged as Advocates for Defendant Nos. 1, 8 and 10 in Commercial Suit No. 148 of 2021. Office to delete the name of Advocates M/s. Singhania Legal Services as Advocates for Defendant Nos.1, 8 and 10 in Commercial Suit No. 148 of 2021.
