The present Chamber Order is e-filed by the applicant for setting aside Order dated 20.09.2025, rejecting captioned Petition under O.S.Rule 986 for non-compliance of office objections.

Ld. Advocate for the applicant made a statement that respondents were served with the Chamber Order and Affidavit of Service is e-filed. Despite service, none appeared for the respondents.

Heard ld. Advocate for the applicant. Perused Affidavit in Support, contents of which are self-explanatory. It is contended that at the relevant time Advocate was unwell and advised to undergo certain tests due to which office objections could not be complied with within given time. Ld. Advocate submits that now she will pursue with captioned Petition diligently once it is restored to file and prays for restoration of the same.

Reasons mentioned in Affidavit appear to be bonafide and substantial justice cannot be denied on technical ground. Moreover, none appeared for the respondents to contest present Chamber Order. Hence, I do not hesitate to rely on the same for the purpose of restoration of captioned Petition. No prejudice would cause to the respondents since they can contest Petition on its own merits. In view thereof, in the interest of justice, present Chamber Order is granted as prayed.
