1. By this Chamber Order, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order.

2. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant submits that as per the directions vide order dated 10th March 2025, the Applicant seeks amendment of the Petition by deleting the name of Petitioner No.2. He further submits that as per the Will of the deceased the Petitioner No.2 will get one flat after redevelopment of the property mentioned at Serial No.1 in the Schedule and that the Petitioner No.2 has given his consent to delete his name. He therefore prays that the Chamber Order be allowed and the Applicant be permitted to carry out the amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and re-verification be dispensed with.

3. Perused the Affidavit in Support of the Chamber Order and consent affidavit filed by the Petitioner No.2.

4. For the reasons stated in the Affidavit in Support, the Chamber Order is allowed and the same is signed separately. Amendment to be carried out as per Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order and as well as consequential amendments, within two weeks' from today. Re-verification dispensed with.
