1. The Ld. Advocate for the Applicant / Petitioner submits that by an order dated 3rd July, 2025, Applicant was directed to carry out amendment as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. He further submits that since the Petitioner was out of station, the amendment could not be carried within the stipulated period of three weeks. He applies for extension for two weeks time to carry out amendment.

2. Time to carry out the amendment is extended by two weeks from today.
